I produced a documentary! For about 18 months, I worked as co-producer on Kissinger, a new two-part, three-hour biography from PBS American Experience.

As our promo copy says, “It offers an incisive portrait of Henry Kissinger, the enigmatic powerbroker who served in the topmost echelons of American diplomacy. It is a story of deep contradictions — of Kissinger’s obsession with securing American supremacy, staving off nuclear war, and checking the power of our enemies, even while consorting with dictators and tolerating widespread violation of human rights.”
I think that sums it up well!
As does our tagline: Power. By any means necessary.

It was an incredible experience to meet and interview some of the most prominent foreign policy minds in American history and put my Master of War Studies degree to use! Plus, it was just an honor to produce for PBS, as a die-hard public media fan. Kissinger premieres October 27, 2025 on PBS (and I assume will be on streaming eventually?). I’d love to hear what you think.
And here’s a sneak peak, kinda 🙂
